Like every year, the Top Employers Institute has released the list of companies considered "Top Employers”, or the companies that in the course of a year have become, or remained, leaders in the field of Human Resources, offering its employees the best offers in terms of human resources.

The main fields to be respected in order to become a Top Employer concern the quality of the working environment where employees work, health protection mental and physical safety of workers, e inclusiveness in the workplace.
In a year completely conditioned by the pandemic, the Top Employers Institute's attention has gone more to those companies that have done everything to minimize the risks to the health of its workers. Many of the Top Employers 2021 companies have either taken advantage of smart working or have made it possible to work safely within their own structures, all obviously in order to reduce infections to a minimum.
