Telecom Italia sold 51% of the share capital of Sofora Telecomunicaciones to the Fintech Group, thus finalizing the sale of the entire residual stake in Telecom Argentina. The total amount of the operation is over 960 million dollars.
Of these, 550,6 are linked to the investment in Sofora, 50 to ancillary agreements to yesterday's sale and 329,5 to the sale to Fintech which took place between December 2013 and October 2014.
In addition, we need to calculate the future collection deriving from the provision of technical support services to the companies of the Telecom Argentina group, also guaranteed by a pledge on title.
