The Bank of Italy and the ECB have given the go-ahead for the purchase of 99,3% of Interprovincial Bank by Spaxs. This was announced in a press release Special purpose acquisition company led by Corrado Passera.

The ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Spaxs for the approval of the operation of business combination is called for 8 August.
The terms of the operation had been specified by Spaxs last April.
