Lottomatica restyling, which from 3 June will be called GTech

The Lottomatica group announces the filing with the Company Register of Rome of the notarial deed with which it decided to change the company name starting from 3 June. The resolution, passed on May 8, ordered that the group acquire the name of the subsidiary GTECH and proceed with a rationalization of structures and functions focused on the three geographic areas Americas, International and Italy. The decision to entrust the penetration of foreign markets to the aforementioned brand is based on its diffusion in more than 60 countries, and on the promising growth rate of the foreign market. With effect from 3 June, the new symbol of the shares - "GTK" - traded on the Mercato Telematico Azionario of Borsa Italiana will also be changed, as well as the symbol and CUSIP identification code of the American Depository Receipts (ADR) traded on the over-the-counter market (OTC ).
