RCS: the executive committee rejects the offers for Il Mondo and 7 other newspapers as "inadequate".

The RCS Mediagroup executive committee deems the expressions of interest received for the acquisition of the publications Il Mondo, Max, Novella 2000, Visto, Astra, Costruire, Costruire Impianti and Ok – La Salute Prima Di Tutto to be inadequate. The company communicates it in a note, which specifies that the managing director has been given a mandate to identify "the most appropriate forms for the restructuring and recovery of profitability of the publications or their disposal". In recent days, the name of the printer Vittorio Farina had been circulated, only to be immediately rejected by the Corriere cdr.
During the same meeting, the RCS Executive Committee approved the group reorganization project to be proposed to the board of directors on 23 June, after the shareholders' meeting scheduled for 20 and 21 June. This is learned from a note according to which the perimeter of the project is expected to involve Rcs Quotidiani, Rcs Digital and Trovocasa, Rcs Periodici, Editrice Abitare Segesta, Pubblibaby, Rcs Direct, Rizzoli Publishing Italia and Sfera Editore and Rcs Pubblicita'. The merger project of the subsidiaries into the parent company can also be implemented at different times and by part of the companies indicated.
