Massimo Maria Dorenti is the new CEO and general manager of Profamily, the consumer credit company of the Banco Bpm group. The appointment by the board of directors is effective immediately. Dorenti was already co-managing director of Profamily.
At the same time, Massimiliano Becheroni resigned from his position as managing director, remaining within the company as a director.
The Board of Profamily, also on behalf of the parent company, thanks Becheroni "for the work carried out in recent years with sincere appreciation for the professional qualities and human skills demonstrated, as well as for the important contribution given to the birth of the Company and its development on throughout the country".
