The possibility to negotiate expires today, 8 June MPS stock options.
The Sienese listed company is on its way to completing the 3 billion euro capital increase that started on May 25th. In fact, the recapitalization will end on Friday 12 June, the last day also valid for the exercise of the rights.
Currently on Piazza Affari, MPS shares drop 2,19% to 1,743 euros, while rights lose 1,68% to 5,26 euros. From tomorrow, the latter can no longer be bought or sold, the only possibility will be to exercise them before the conclusion of the operation. In fact, at the end of the capital increase, their value will be practically nil.
