Adriano Celentano and Mina are back together – artistically speaking, of course – after 18 from their last collaboration and they immediately hit social networks: the video of the new single "Amami Amami", released today and which anticipates the unreleased album entitled "The best" (out November 11), was posted by the two singers on Youtube and on Twitter, where both have just landed. The video clip was shot in Los Angeles, on Venice Beach: the couple appears for only a few moments on a mobile phone screen.
“Love me love me” immediately debuted topped the iTunes singles chart. The song is a manifesto, a love song inspired universally by men and women who meet, mingle and feel good together beyond race, color and gender.
A feeling that also returns in the images of video directed by Gaetano Morbioli. Mina and Adriano are accomplices, they launch phrases that enclose the feeling of an entire artistic life. The voices of the two greatest artists of Italian music chase each other on the music of Idan Raichel (young and original Israeli composer author of the “Idan Raichel Project”) and on the text by Riccardo Sinigallia.
