Record-breaking May for Jeep. In fact, the brand of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles group exceeded the 100-car mark sold worldwide for the first time in its history, recording a 55% year-on-year growth. In the US, Jeep sales stood at 70 units, up 58%. Strong growth also in Europe (+81%) and Asia-Pacidic (+65%).
Since the beginning of the year, the brand has recorded a 42% year-on-year growth, bringing total sales close to 400 since January. Satisfied Mike Manley, president and CEO of the Jeep brand: "After the record volumes in the last two years, the brand recorded three consecutive months with record sales exceeding the threshold of 100 cars globally and 70 in the United States in May".
