The farewell of Exor a Business Square to move in mid-August to the Amsterdam Stock Exchange is half a shock to the Italian stock exchange but, on balance, i debuts on the Milanese price list since the beginning of the year there are more gods delisted. Even if, as Enrico Cuccia would have said, the incoming and outgoing titles are weighed even before counting them. And the weight of Exor it is certainly not that of the last freshman.

It is certain that the exit of Exor, due to legal reasons being its headquarters in the Netherlands, this is not good news for Business Square, even if fortunately the farewell of the Agnelli financial company does not call into question the permanence on the Italian Stock Exchange of the Exor subsidiaries, namely Stellantis, Ferrrari, Iveco, CNH and Juventus.

Companies going and companies arriving at Business Square. The first few months of the year recorded a nice movement in and out. There have been 17 debuts so far and – ironically – the most important is that of a company in the Exor group, namely Iveco, the world leader in industrial vehicles and buses, which arrived on the stock exchange on 3 January after the spinoff from CNH, another group company headed by John Elkann.

After Iveco, 16 other companies gradually appeared in Piazza Affari, even if not in the main list, namely Altea Green Power, Tecnosonda, Civitanavi Systems, Rocket Sharing Company, Pharmacosmo, Bifuoco, High Quality Food, Bellini Nautica , GeneralFinance (in the STAR segment), Erfo, De Nora, Solid World, GM Leather, Pozzi Milano, Imprendiroma and Energy.

to Exor will be the delisted most important of the year but then that of Atlantia will also arrive. And not insignificant are those that have already occurred since the beginning of 2022, among which the farewell to the Stock Exchange of Cerved, Falck Renewables and La Doria stand out. But here is the complete list of the 9 delistings of Piazza Affari that have already taken place, to which that of Exor will be added in two weeks: Cerved Group, Energica Motor Company, SITI B&T Group, Banca Investis, TAS, Falck Renewables, La Doria, Assiteca and Girogio Fedon & Sons.
