Cir, Sogefi issues bonds in the US for 115 million dollars

Sogefi, the automotive components company of the Cir group, concluded successfully a 'US private placement of bonds' with leading US institutional investors for the amount of 115 million dollars with a duration of 10 years, with amortization starting from the fourth. In addition, the company is preparing to close a second issue for 25 million euros in the next few days, repayable in a lump sum after seven years. The total amount of the two transactions in euro is approximately 115 million.

The new resources raised, in addition to improving Sogefi's debt profile through a lengthening of the average maturity and a greater differentiation of lenders, will contribute to increasing the financial flexibility of the group and will ensure further support to the organic international growth plan in the countries with the most high development and investments in innovation and competitiveness.

At the opening in Piazza Affari, Sogefi's title gains about half a point.
