In detail, Borsa Italiana's internal dealings show that 10,925 million shares were purchased at a price between 1,526338 and 1,714305 euro, for a total investment of 17,9 million.
With this transaction, the shares held by Malcalza and the Carige Foundation, linked together by a shareholders' agreement, rise to 19,54%.
