SERIE A CHAMPIONSHIP – Milan, abandoned even by the fans, is playing everything with Cagliari

SERIE A CHAMPIONSHIP – Even the fans are turning their backs on Milan to challenge the management of Berlusconi and Galliani: Inzaghi is now in the credits and if he loses even against Zeman's Cagliari he should immediately hand over the bench to Brocchi – SuperPippo hopes for the return of De Jong and Poli but in 11 games since January he has only won 2 and the standings are crying.

SERIE A CHAMPIONSHIP – Milan, abandoned even by the fans, is playing everything with Cagliari

Alone against all. Abandoned by the club, by the players, even by the Rossoneri people. This evening Filippo Inzaghi is playing his last chances against Cagliari, in anticipation of the 28th day (20.45 pm). He won't be able to appeal to the fans as on other occasions because, this time, they too have decided to turn their backs on him. “We invite EVERYONE to leave the stadium – wrote the Curva Sud on its official website. - They will have to be completely alone, as they have made us feel many, too many times in recent years. We invite those who have already made travel reservations or bought tickets to stay, if possible, outside the stadium and if this is impossible, at least not to display banners and flags, and to refrain from cheering". More than anger indifference, the worst feeling that a fan can express towards their team. Let's be clear: the contestation is above all against Berlusconi and Galliani ("let the proponents of this situation face their responsibilities" the thrust of the Curve), not against Inzaghi. However, it is clear that whoever loses the most will be the team and therefore the coach, forced to play for Milan's last chances in front of an empty and hostile stadium.

"We have to get them back on our side with the results" glossed over the coach, who now appeared resigned to the flow of events. Superpippo is well aware that, in the best of hypotheses, he will only coach the Rossoneri until the end of the season and this regardless of the denials (moreover absent for some time) from the club. “We think about finishing well, then we'll see what happens – he commented laconically. – When you coach Milan you know exactly what you're getting into, I'm the coach and therefore primarily responsible. I couldn't think of not suffering since it's my first experience, but the team gives me important answers and I'm confident." It will be, yet the results are in hiding and the ranking, consequently, cries. With only two victories from January to today (in 11 games!) the Rossoneri see Europe (the League clearly) almost as an unattainable dream. It would take a real feat to grab fifth place, now 10 points away. "We have suffered too many comebacks, the gap weighs" admitted Inzaghi, who has reached yet another last resort of his season. This time, however, things get serious, in the sense that, in the event of a flop, Via Aldo Rossi will implement the emergency plan called Christian Brocchi. Pippo, to save the bench, will rely on the return of De Jong and Poli, both absent against Fiorentina. The 4-3-3 (or 4-3-1-2 if you prefer) will see Diego Lopez in goal, Abate, Mexes, Paletta and Antonelli in defense, Poli, De Jong and Bonaventura in midfield, Honda, Destro and Menez in attack. In front there will be a Cagliari desperately looking for salvation points, ready to play it openly as Zeman's philosophy dictates. The Bohemian will focus on the Farias-Sau-M'poku trident, a mix of technique and speed that can hurt Milan. And to Filippo Inzaghi, never so close to the terminus.
