The businessman Andra Bonomi comes to control, through the Investindustrial IV fund, a potential share equal to 3,43% in post increase capital bpm. The latest update dates back to 28 October last year, when the financier's shareholding was 2,914% in Consob notices.
“Following transactions carried out on the market” – reads a note from the private equity fund controlled by the new president of Piazza Meda – Investindustrial directly and indirectly holds “shares and option rights which, if fully exercised” would come to determine the new share.
Bonomi said he was willing to raise up to 9,9% of Bpm's capital, without excluding new ones capital strengthening operationsif the market dictates it. Investindustrial – continues the note – “intends to voluntarily and regularly disclose to the market the shares and option rights of Popolare di Milano held by it or by companies directly or indirectly controlled by it”.
