Blackrock increased its stake in Bpm to 5,288% of the capital. This is what emerges from Consob's updates on significant shareholdings, indicating last January 14 as the date of the operation. The stake is held by various non-discretionary asset management funds, and a marginal share of 0,08% as a lender without voting rights.
From the minutes of the shareholders' meeting last April of the popular Milanese it emerges that the US fund, which makes use of the possibility of exemption from the obligation to communicate shareholdings below the 5% threshold, as at 30 March 2015 held a shareholding equal to 3,65 .XNUMX% of the bank's share capital.
