Iniziative Bresciane lands on the Stock Exchange, on the AIM Italia market. The announcement was made by the company active in the renewable energy sector since 1996, which was admitted to trading today, following the institutional placement of 1.100.000 ordinary shares, priced at 21 euros each.
The free float of the company will fluctuate between 25,5% and 28,2% of the share capital, depending on whether or not the Global coordinator Equita Sim exercises the Greenshoe option. The start date of trading of InBre shares is scheduled for Tuesday 15 July. In 2013, the Brescia-based company recorded revenues of Euro 15,4 million and an Ebitda of Euro 11,9 million, with an EBITDA margin of 77%.
