Everyone must register by 31 January 2017 and use the bonus by 31 December 2017. BONUS ALSO FOR FOREIGNERS
The bonus is also intended for foreign eighteen-year-olds as long as they have a residence permit and are resident in Italy. In total we are talking about 574.000 young people, for an amount of authorized expenditure of 290 million euros.
WHAT CAN YOU BUY
The list of categories of "cultural products" eligible for the bonus was decided by parliamentary debate and is included in a special decree of the prime minister. The 500 euros can therefore only be used for a detailed set of goods.
