Giovannino Antonini, former president of Popolare di Spoleto, now a police station, was arrested this morning by the Carabinieri of the ecological operational unit (Noe) at the request of the Rome prosecutor's office, on charges of corruption in judicial documents. The judge of the Lazio TAR, Franco Angelo Maria De Bernardi, is also in handcuffs.
The investigating judge, at the request of the Roman prosecutor Stefano Pesci, signed 3 orders for pre-trial detention in prison and 4 under house arrest.
