The Veneto bank, which will unveil the first industrial plan of the new Ad Colombini in the autumn, has strengthened its management team.

Banca IFIS renews its management. The new team will support the Chief Executive Officer, Luciano Colombini, and the General Manager, Alberto Staccione, in overseeing the bank's priorities, which will be disclosed to the press and investors in the new strategic plan which will be presented in the autumn.

Rosalba Benedetto is the new Director of Communications, Marketing and External Relations of the Banca IFIS Group. Lucia Martinoli instead assumed the position of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Department. Saverio Bonavita has been entrusted with the Central Capital Markets Department. Angelo Ferracchiati is Director of Internal Audit, while Paolo Formigoni has been appointed Head of the Industrial Plan Governance, Planning and Management Control Department.

On the commercial front, Gian Franco Marco Forner also joins the Banca IFIS Group, entrusted with the role of Head of the Corporate Bank Development Project reporting directly to the Head of the Business Department.

Rosalba Benedetto, Director of Communications, Marketing and External Relations

Rosalba Benedetto, who has a long experience in business communication in important national and international companies, comes from the Ilva Group where she worked with the extraordinary commissioners on the implementation of the Group's rescue and relaunch project and on the procedure for the sale of corporate assets. Previously you were Communications Manager of the Autogrill Group where you managed the international development phases of the company and consolidated the brand's reputation globally.

Lucia Martinoli, Head of the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department

Lucia Martinoli began her professional career at Banca Popolare di Intra. In 2012 she was appointed Head of Organization of the Banca Intermobiliare di Investimenti e Gestioni Group and subsequently Head of the Secretariat and Legal Affairs of the same bank. In 2016 you assumed the position of Chief Compliance Officer of the Veneto Banca Group, followed by an experience in the Compliance of Intesa Sanpaolo as Head of Compliance of Banca Apulia and in the Corporate Affairs and Consulting Department of the Parent Company.

Saverio Bonavita, Head of Central Capital Markets Department

Saverio Bonavita was Chief Financial Officer of Unipol Banca Spa for over 10 years, the Bank of the Unipol Group, actively participating in the strategic growth process. Previously, he had professional experience with increasing responsibilities in the Unicredit Group in the asset management sector and in the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, again in the Finance Departments.

Angelo Ferracchiati, Director of Internal Audit

After an initial experience in the academic world and in business consulting, Angelo Ferracchiati held roles of increasing responsibility in the banking, financial and insurance sectors, coordinating various areas such as: media and investor relations, management planning and control, corporate affairs and, most recently, in internal controls. He was also part of the management team that directed the process of transferring Nuova Banca Etruria to the Ubi Banca Group where he gained further experience in credit processes and policies.

Paolo Formigoni, Head of the Industrial Plan Governance, Planning and Management Control Department

Graduated in Economics, Paolo Formigoni holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago. After a long experience in management consulting and in the United States, in 2016 he joined Cassa di Risparmio di Cesena where with the role of Deputy General Manager he managed the bank's security phase and the turn around. He then accompanied the merger with the Crédit Agricole Group.

Gian Franco Marco Forner, Head of the Corporate Bank Development Project

Gian Franco Marco Forner has held the role of General Manager of Banca Apulia (Intesa San Paolo Group) for the last 3 years, following, among other things, the phase of its merger into the Parent Company. He has thirty years of experience in the Italian banking scene: in the Veneto Banca Group he held the position of Director of the North-East Territorial Department and Head of the Group's Corporate Market Department. He worked in the Banco Popolare Group (Popolare Verona) with Responsibility for Commercial Areas (Vicenza Arzignano and East Veneto) and in the Popolare Vicenza Group (Responsible for Commercial Areas: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Padua Venice and Vicenza).
