Apple: new iPad Air, to relaunch the tablet

A new model to relaunch tablets, increasingly cornered by their younger brothers, giant smartphones, or phablets, if you prefer. Apple has presented its new iPad Air 2: for starters, it will be thinner (18% less than the old iPad Air) and faster than any other, 12 times faster than the previous version, thanks to the new A8X processor with 64-bit architecture.

Not only speed, however, new technologies include a new 8 Mp camera, the ability to use Apple Pay and fingerprint recognition. An evolution which, however, has its price: starting from 499 euros for the 16 GB model and reaching 699 for the 128 GB one. This, however, only for models with Wi-Fi: to have the Lte mobile connection, prices start at 619 euros.

Apple's attempt, more and more, then appears to put their devices in communication with each other, reaching new levels of synchronization between the different elements. The goal, however, is to relaunch a market that seems saturated and that is growing "only" by 11%, crushed by competition from low-cost products and that of giant smartphones and mini computers.
