Soul Sgr, as part of the strengthening of the organizational structure, announces the entry of Philip DiNaro in the group with the role of Deputy General Manager Investments and Products. Three years after its listing on the Italian Stock Exchange and following the significant growth recorded in terms of assets under management, which increased by over 50% in the three-year period, going from 47 to 73 billion euro, the company is reorganizing itself.
For the asset management company, the reorganization provides for the creation of three Deputy General Managements: Investments and Products under the guidance of Filippo Di Naro, Finance and Operations under the direction of Alessandro Melzi d'Eril, and Distribution and Marketing entrusted to Pierluigi Giverso.
The new organizational set-up responds to the need for a more efficient, flexible structure capable of responding in the best possible way to new growth opportunities. Di Naro joins Anima Sgr after having held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Duemme Sgr. Previously he was Investment Director of Deutsche Bank Fondi Sgr and Ubi Pramerica Sgr.
