The capital increase for a maximum of 300 million euros was successfully completed. The confirmation comes from the Alitalia board of directors, after acknowledging the subscription commitments and payments made or to be made.
Once the capital increase operation has been completed, Poste Italiane, Unicredit and Odissea, Antonio Percassi's company, will become part of the shareholding structure.
All the directors, reads the airline's press release, "expressed satisfaction with the success of the recapitalization and are confident that the new shareholding structure will be able to achieve, thanks to the new industrial plan, the objective of safeguarding a great infrastructural value for the country system which is Alitalia”.
