Registrations of the Volkswagen group are in fifth place, which in April rose by 8,2% compared to a year before to 848.500 units and in the cumulative by 6,4% to 3,25 million. The German manufacturer communicates it.
Christian Klinger, head of sales, indicated that “the Volkswagen group and its brands have started the second quarter favorably. Nonetheless, global market conditions show a mixed picture: while a downward trend emerges in the markets of South America and Russia, we see growth in Europe and especially in Asia-Pacific, where we continue to outperform the market as a whole.”
