Unicredit has sold a portfolio of non-performing loans in Bulgaria. Fitch confirms ratings and outlook. An agreement has been signed which allows Confapi members to access conditions dedicated to the package of high added value services.

Unicredit, through its subsidiary Unicredit Bulbank (Bulgaria), concluded today, Monday 18 November, a agreement with the Social Promotion Association and Balbec Capital for the sale without recourse of a portfolio of secured credits bad loans deriving from credit agreements granted by the subsidiary UniCredit Bulbank to customers belonging to the corporate segment.

The portfolio consists of loans regulated by Bulgarian law in the amount of approx 50 million.

Meanwhile, the rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed i BBB rating long-term, F2 short term and the individual rating at bbb. The rating of the issues was also confirmed, while the outlook was confirmed as negative.

Unicredit today, also signed a agreement with Confapi aimed at extending the benefits of to member companies Easy Export.

The agreement will allow member companies of the Italian Confederation of small and medium-sized enterprises to access, a facilitated conditions, 'easy export' and trade finance gate.

Easy Export is the UniCredit initiative launched last February and aimed at promoting Italian exports thanks to an exclusive agreement with the Alibaba group, the world leader in e-commerce.

This is how the synergy between UniCredit and Confapi continues in support of Italian companies which, starting today, will be able to participate in the Export Business School, training course created by the banking group in partnership with the Italian Confederation of small and medium enterprises.

It will be possible to follow the lessons in live streaming from 37 Confapi and UniCredit offices distributed throughout the country, thanks to the remote connection via the web.
