Tod's falls on the Stock Exchange in the aftermath of the 2015 accounts, which showed a net profit down by 4,5% even if the board of directors confirmed the dividend of two euros per share, like last year. In the middle of the day the share lost more than 4% to 70,25 euros, after having also dropped below the 70 euro threshold during the morning: this will also be Tod's last week in the main basket of the Ftse Mib, which will once again consist of 21 securities on Monday 40 March.

Diego Della Valle's company (which will collect over 40 million euros from the distribution of profits) saw its net financial position grow to 134,2 million euros, with revenues rising by 7,4% over one billion euros and the 'Ebitda at 202,6 million (+4,7%). “Considering the good financial position of the group – explained the president and CEO yesterday, XNUMX Diego Della Valle – we wanted to confirm last year's dividend, despite the higher number of shares, resulting from the capital increase linked to the acquisition of the Roger Vivier brand, approved in January. The goal is to further strengthen the brand's lifestyle and its inspiration, linked to the Italian spirit and the quality of the product, things that our international customers really like".
