Telecom: Telco against board revocation

Telco has decided to vote against Marco Fossati's Findim proposal to revoke Telecom directors. If the proposal passes, the Spanish holding would present a list of 3 names: Patuano, Linares Lopez and Stefania Barlatti.

Telco's board of directors announced the decision to vote no to Marco Fossati's Findim proposal to revoke the directors elected on his list, namely Aldo Minucci, Marco Patuano, Cesar Alierta Izuel, Tarak Ben Ammar, Lucia Calvosa, Massimo Egidi, Jean Paul Fitoussi, Gabriele Galateri, Julio Linares Lopez, Gaetano Miccichè, Renato Pagliaro, Mauro Sentinelli and Angelo Provasoli.

Should the assembly vote in favor of the revocation, Telco will present a list of only 3 names: Marco Patuano (CEO of Telecom), Julio Linares Lopez (Coo of Telefonica) and the lawyer Stefania Bariatti.
