Tenova (Techint Group) announces that it has completed the closing of the acquisition of the company Metall Technologie Holding (Mth) from European Capital Sicar. The acquisition took place through the subsidiary Loi Thermprocess, following the announcement of the operation on April 22nd.

Mth, with a turnover of 65 million euros and 2.500 kilns in operation, employs 345 people globally. Metall Technologie Holding is headquartered in Menden, Germany and controls 5 companies: Schmetz, Mahler and IVA in Germany, BMI in France and Huisen in China. Tenova is one of the world's largest suppliers of cutting-edge engineering technologies, products and services to the metallurgical and mining industries and is part of the Techint Group which includes Tenaris, Ternium, Techint E&C, Tecpetrol and Humanitas, companies operating throughout the world with a total turnover of 25 billion dollars and more than 59.000 collaborators.
