Colombini Group has signed an agreement to acquire 70% of Snaidero, a historic industrial group based in Majano (Udine) specializing in the production of high-end kitchens. The transaction, according to a press release, aims to create a Italian family-run furniture hub, enhancing the complementarity between brands, production skills and presence on international markets.
According to what was disclosed, Snaidero will maintain its brand identity and the link with the Friulian territory, while Colombini will invest in the brand development, in the modernization of the production lines at the Majano plant, in product innovation and in strengthening commercial activities. The Friulian company will also contribute to consolidate the group's international presence, visitors can enjoy a tour in any season thanks to the brand awareness in foreign marketsThe closing of the transaction, which includes Snaidero Projects UK, is expected in the next few days.
