August comes to an end and it's i againTime to think about school. Some lucky ones are still on vacation, others have already returned home resuming normality made up of work and daily commitments. Many families are already projected towards the near future, ready to bring their children back to the classroom as soon as the first bell rings, officially starting the 2017/2018 school year.
Yeah, but when does it start? The dates on which lessons will resume vary from Region to Region. The Miur has published the complete calendar well in advance, also adding information regarding "command holidays", Christmas and Easter holidays, long weekends, etc.
The first to return to school will be the students of the Province of Bolzano who will return to the classroom on Tuesday 5 September, the last will instead be the students of Emilia Romagna, Marche, Tuscany and Puglia, for whom the first bell will ring even 10 days later , on 15 September. Long gone are the days when children and teenagers could count on almost the entire month off, now September has become synonymous with getting up early, homework and questions to test the knowledge acquired during the summer holidays.
