Samsung wants to take Apple to court, a new episode in the battle between the two giants

Samsung is about to take legal action to ban sales of the new Apple iPhone. This is what a source close to the company reports who, however, did not want to specify where the company intends to take legal action. According to some South Korean newspapers the action should take place in Europe.

A judicial battle is already underway between the two giants in nine countries over the originality of their respective smartphones and tablets. Previously, Apple had moved first, which had managed to prevent the rival from selling its tablets in Germany, some smartphone models in the Netherlands and had forced it to postpone the diffusion of the new tablets in Australia.

According to the Korean company, Apple would have copied a series of technologies, including those that allow you to navigate and make phone calls at the same time, which reduce power during data transfer and which make interference between smartphones rarer.
