Breed Reply (www.breedreply.com), Reply's advanced incubator specialized in financing and supporting the development of startups in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector in Europe and the USA, announces the collaboration with three further startups in the Smart Buildings, Fitness and Wellness fields. Among the more than 150 requests received from all over the world through the "IoT Best in Breed-2" initiative, the 3 startups that Breed Reply selected (enModus, Gymcraft and Inova Design) were chosen for the high level of innovation products presented, for the quality of the management and the market potential.
The total investment – which consists of £2.375.000 for stakes that vary up to a maximum of 30% – reinforces Reply's development strategy linked to Internet of Things technologies.
In the Smart Buildings field: enModus (http://www.enmodus.com) is a technology company specializing in the monitoring, control and internet connectivity of any device powered by the mains. Wattwave is enModus' patented powerline technology that utilizes a building's existing cabling infrastructure and offers a unique solution to long-haul communications, cost, and scalability issues within large buildings.
