RCS, Bonomi raises: 0,8 euro per share

At the expiry of the terms, Andrea Bonomi and the historic partners of RCS relaunch the takeover bid to counter the Ops in Cairo. International Media Holding, made up of Bonomi, Mediobanca, Pirelli, Unipol and Della Valle, announced yesterday evening that its offer on RCS, the publishing house that publishes Corriere della Sera and Gazzetta dello Sport, rises from 0,70 at €0,80 per share. The increase compared to the initial offer is 14,3% and is 7% higher than the current Rcs Stock Exchange price.

The maximum disbursement of the promoters of the takeover bid will be 323 million and 150 thousand euros.

International Media Holding has also waived the condition previously placed on the repayment of the loans.
