Consolidated Ebitda also grew, which in the first six months of 2011 amounted to 120,3 million euros, an increase of 2,4% compared to the 117,5 million euros of the first half of 2010.

In the first six months of 2011, the Piaggio Group recorded a positive trend in all the main economic and financial indicators. In this period it sold a total of 346.500 vehicles (motorcycles, scooters and commercial cars) worldwide, totaling a growth in volumes of 1,7% compared to 340.800 in the first half of 2011. The Group's consolidated revenues reached 830 million euros, marking an increase of 1,1% compared to 820,8 million in 2010. Consolidated Ebitda also grew, which in the first six months of 2011 amounted to 120,3 million euros, up by 2,4% compared to 117,5 million euros in the first half of 2010. The Group's performance also improved in terms of Operating Result (Ebit): consolidated Ebit amounted to 75 million euros, up by 0,4, 2010 million over the corresponding period of 2011. The first half of 33 closed with a consolidated net consolidated profit of 33,1 million euros, showing a slight increase compared to 2010 million in 30. The net financial position at 332,1 June last was equal to -349,9 million euros, a marked improvement both compared to the -31 million euros recorded as at 2010 December 341,7 and compared to the -30 million recorded as at 2010 June 30. Shareholders' equity as at 2011 June 442,2 amounted to 442,9 million euros, compared to 31 million euros at 2010 December 25,7 after having distributed dividends of XNUMX million euros.
