2018 Winter Olympics at the start, the Italian competitions: days and times

Here we are. The PyeongChang 8 Winter Olympics kick off on Thursday, February 2018. The inaugural ceremony will take place at 12.00 (Italian time) at the Daegwallyeong Olympic Stadium.

Thus kicks off one of the most anticipated sporting events of the year. 19 days - from 8 to 25 February - in which the best and most famous athletes in the world will compete in competitions of various winter sports: from the various disciplines of skiing to snowboarding, passing through hockey, ice skating, the now famous curling and so on and so forth.

The first competitions started on Wednesday 7 February, while the first medals will arrive on Saturday. They will be in everything 121 Azzurri who went to South Korea to earn the coveted Olympic medal that our country has been missing for eight years. Our athletes will compete in 14 of the 15 scheduled sports, except for ice hockey.

The races can be followed in live on RAI channels and on Eurosport, while the live streaming will be available on: Eurosport Player, Sky Go, Premium Player and on the Rai website. However, anyone intending to follow the games must take into account the time zone: eight hours in all. The competitions will start between 1 and 3 in the morning Italian time and will end within 15.
