One year after the deal between Generali Country Italy, FCA Italy and FCA Bank, the new IoT digital services, provided by Generali jeniot, are now extended to all customers who own a connected car of the FCA group, strengthening the related strategic and commercial partnership in Italy. The digital services are created by Generali Jeniot, 100% Generali Italia, dedicated to the development of innovative services, in the context of Connected Insurance and the Internet of Things, linked to urban mobility, smart homes, health and the world of work connected.

The innovation branded Generali jeniot therefore becomes part of the ecosystem of solutions for connected cars of the FCA group, dedicated to safety, on-board comfort and remote management of vehicle functions. A wide range of services already available today, in the special Mobility Services section of the Uconnect Live and Alfa Connect mobile apps dedicated to vehicles equipped with Mopar Connect technology. For vehicles equipped with the new standard connectivity Uconnect Services and Alfa Connect Services, the same services will be available from the My Uconnect, My Alfa Connect and FIAT mobile apps, going to ensure compatibility with the entire fleet of connected vehicles offered by FCA: the Fiat Nuova 500 full electyric is born already compatible with the Generali Jeniot offer, but at the same time the connected Jeep and Alfa Romeo vehicles are also updated "Over the air" and enabled, with a view to an offer that dynamically evolves also for the fleet circulating.

The Generali Jeniot offer is part of the FCA Connected Services strategy, which not only provides services directly to end customers, but also enables taylor-made offers by an ecosystem of selected partners and industry leaders. The offer of connection services is also linked to the RCA Connessa Policy, which offers particularly advantageous conditions to Customers who own a connected car, policies offered with FCA Bank loans.

Description of the services and structure of the offer

Generali Jeniot offers FCA customers a number of packages containing a series of digital services aimed at the world of connected cars ranging from the basic SmartSet package to the more complete PremiumSet.

They are part of SmartSet:

Style, which is based on real time coaching, Generali Jeniot's proprietary algorithm. It is designed to help improve one's driving style by following the simple advice found in the new MyJeniot app, available on the Apple Store and Play Store, and by integrating the Ecoscore services present in the Uconnect Services suite for increasingly eco-friendly and safe and sustainable mobility.

TripReport it is able to record all the routes taken and enrich them with information such as speed, type of roads and timetable.

Status provides a certificate attesting how the car has been driven, an added advantage when you want to sell the vehicle to maintain its value.

Fence allows you to build virtual areas within the MyJeniot app and to be notified when entering or leaving, a service that is particularly appreciated in the case of street washing or restricted traffic areas.

To these services PremiumSet adds Help which provides telephone advice from a lawyer able to offer support in verifying the elements useful for contesting a fine. The service is designed for situations such as those of a cloned license plate, from which one can defend oneself with impartial data.

These connected services are of course which can be integrated with the RCA Connected policy, offered with the financial solutions of FCA Bank, at advantageous economic conditions compared to traditional policies, but also the zeroing of the deductible and above all the Crash Report in the event of an accident, which protects the Insured in the event of unclear dynamics .
