The Lippert Group, supplier of components for the main manufacturers of leisure vehicles (“Recreational Vehicle – RV”), has acquired Metallarte Srl, a company that produces entrance and compartment doors, together with its subsidiary RV Doors Srl, which produces sliding side doors for the European caravan market.
The Jones Day law firm assisted Lippert in completing the acquisition with a team coordinated by partner Fabrizio Faina and made up of Francesca Ravallese and Marianna Consiglio.
