Lamborghini, in 2012 turnover +46% and deliveries to customers +30%

Automobili Lamborghini closes 2012 with a turnover of 469 million (+46%) and with a 30% increase in deliveries to customers, going from 1.602 to 2.083 units. The president and managing director Stephan Winkelmann, present at the press conference on the annual results of the parent company Audi, said that "in the first two months of this year, Lamborghini's sales are in line with 2012".

Lamborghini's growth was driven by the United States market (+53%), followed by the European one (+34%). More than 70% of Lamborghini's 2012 production was sold outside Europe. “2013 will be marked by the celebrations for the manufacturer's 50th anniversary – recalled Winkelmann, who will continue to work on developing the model range to ensure future growth”.
