Innowatio ready to open the capital

The operation of the energy portfolio management services company will probably take place through a capital increase and should close by the autumn with the aim of refocusing the business on digitization and consumption efficiency.

Innowatio is ready to open the capital. This was announced by the same Bergamo energy portfolio management services company, which already has Alberto Bombassei and Gianfelice Rocca among its shareholders. According to the Radiocor agency, the operation would involve a capital increase and should close within autumn with the aim of refocusing the business on digitization and consumption efficiency.

In the dossier, which has been heating up in recent weeks, there is interest from both national and international industrial players, with the possibility that a potential buyer will aim to take over the majority of the company.

To date Innowatio, which has a turnover of 1,7 billion and is a partner of the well-known Kilometro Rosso of Bergamo, is owned by 56,5% by the four founding managers, including the CEO Fabio Leoncini, and has important minority shareholders entrepreneurial families from Bergamo including Sestini (Siad), Bombassei (Brembo), Bonetti (Foppa Pedretti), Rocca (Techint) and Lombardini (Lombardini Holding).
