The Fondo Italiano di Investimento enters the capital of Elco

The Fondo Italiano di Investimento enters the capital of Elco, an Italian company with operational presence in France, Spain and China and operating in the production of high-tech printed circuits for electronic systems.

The Italian investment fund, chaired by Marco Vitale, has decided on a new direct investment by entering the capital of Elco spa, a company from Carsoli in Abruzzo with operating presence in France, Spain and China. Elco, which had EQvalue as advisor, is active in the sector of the production of high-tech printed circuits for electronic systems. The Fund will acquire a minority stake in Elco. Carlo Guidetti, CEO of Elco, commented as follows: “This transaction is a significant strategic move for Elco and the entry of a qualified financial partner such as FII to support our medium and long-term projects reinforces the belief that our company can assume a leadership position and lead the consolidation of our very fragmented sector, both in Italy and in Europe”.
