In an official note, the Group specifies that on 7 January 2026 the Board of Directors of Nem decided unanimously to give formal follow-up to the agreements already occurred with Cheetah in recent months. "To confirm the interest and commitment of all the members, with this objective in mind, a non-binding offer for the acquisition of the newspaper will be presented in the next few days.
