Tamburi Investment Partners rose to 18,15% of Digital Magics. In fact, the financial group led by Giovanni Tamburi (Tip) exercised the pre-emption right on the unopted shares, investing a total of 1,9 million euros and is now the owner of 1,19 million shares of the digital venture incubator which concluded with full success the capital increase.
Almost 300 pre-emptive shares were requested against the approximately 80 available. With 7,16% there is also the Multiversity group of Danilo Iervolino which subscribed the reserved capital increase for 1,9 million euro.
