Recordati's Board of Directors has decided to distribute an interim dividend of 0,20 euro per share on the 2011 dividend. Payment by the pharmaceutical group is scheduled for November 24, 2011.
“The Directors' Report and the accounting schedules of Recordati SpA as at 30 September 2011 – reads a note from the company – on the basis of which the Board of Directors of the latter approved the distribution of the indicated interim dividend, are available at the registered office and at Borsa Italiana SpA and are also published on the website www.recordati.it. Furthermore, the opinion of the Independent Auditors on the distribution of the interim dividend is available at the Company's headquarters”.
Around 11 am the Recordati share lost 30% in Piazza Affari.
