Appliance Bonus 2025: How to use the voucher and what happens if it expires
The electronic voucher can be used both in physical stores and on participating e-commerce sites. In the first case, the consumer will have to show the voucher code to the seller, which will enter it into the PagoPA portal for validation. For online purchases, the code must be entered during payment.

Manufacturers and retailers: membership and reimbursement
Manufacturers and retailers must also adhere to the measure to participate in the appliance bonus campaign. Manufacturers submit request via certified email to Invitalia, which manages the verification of requirements and validation of eligible products. Once approved, brands receive the credentials to upload the approved models to the PagoPA platform.
From 27 October 2025, sellers can register via the reserved area of PagoPABy logging in with SPID or CIE. Each merchant must sign the membership contract, register their points of sale (physical or online), and authorize authorized operators to manage transactions. After each purchase, the seller must upload the invoice and the return declaration for the replaced appliance. Only after verification by Invitalia will the discounted amount be refunded to the IBAN account provided during registration.
2025 Appliance Bonus: Cannot be combined with other incentives
The household appliances bonus cannot be combined with other discounts o incentives relating to the same purchases. Specifically, it is not compatible with the 50% deduction for large appliances provided by the furniture and building renovation bonus. Those already receiving this benefit will not be able to apply for the new contribution.
