Yesterday afternoon – 12 July 2017 – the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the National Association of Popular Banks was held, which was followed by the Board of Directors which approved the renewal of corporate offices, confirming Cav. Work Avv. Corrado Sforza Fogliani, Executive Chairman of the Bank of Piacenza. The Board then expressed warm thanks to the President for the work done and for having accepted the unanimous designation of the Category for the next three years.
Dr. Mario Alberto Pedranzini, Chief Executive Officer of Banca Popolare di Sondrio, Dr. Vito Primiceri, Chairman of Banca Popolare Pugliese and Dr. Luigi Sartoni, General Manager of Banca Valconca, were confirmed as deputy chairmen.
