Change of ownership in Vitrociset. The advanced technology company, founded by Camillo Crociani (ex-Lokheed scandal), passed on to his heirs (Edoarda Vessel Crociani and daughters Camilla and Cristiana) and ended up in the Paradise Papers list, changes owner: the entrepreneur Tonino Di Murro , after months of negotiations, signed the agreement with the Dutch company Croce International for the purchase of the whole of Ciset Srl, which in turn controls 98,5% (the remaining 1,5% is owned by Leonardo Spa) of Vitrociset Spa – a company with a high technological profile, leader in the defence, security, logistics, transport, space and smart cities sectors – and a series of properties functional to the activity of Vitrociset itself.
A note announced it. To take over the Group, completely and transparently bringing control to Italy, is the entrepreneur Tonino Di Murro, who has always been active in logistics and owner of 51% of FG Tecnopolo Holding in Rome. Di Murro has started the procedure for the golden power: once the go-ahead from the Government has been obtained, the purchase contract can be definitively finalized and Vitrociset relaunched, thanks to an important investment, commercial strengthening and internationalization programme, which among the other will make it possible to maintain and consolidate employment
The entrepreneur from Abruzzo asked Leonardo's manager, Luca D'Amato, who boasts consolidated experience in the business sectors of the acquired company, to lead Vitrociset with the title of Chief Executive Officer.

The Italian government can resort to the 'golden power' on Vitrociset: Defense Minister Roberta Pinotti indicated this to journalists upon arrival at the EU Foreign Affairs / Defense Council, for the signing of the Pescos which will put the defense policy into practice common European.
“The 'golden power' is a tool that we can use, we have already used it in the case of Piaggio and also in the case of Vitrociset it can be used because it is important for companies operating in strategic fields that there is this power of the State. Vitrociset has important contracts not only with the Ministry of Defense but also with the Ministry of the Interior and in any case on sensitive data".
It is a tool, added Pinotti, which serves to "verify strategic issues including the types of ownership".
