The banking foundations that are shareholder of Unicredit yesterday formalized the list of candidates for the new board of directors in view of the meeting of 11 May. Among the novelties, the future president Umberto Vita and the president of Ferrari, Luca Cordero di Montezemolo, for whom the Abu Dhabi fund had recently expressed its favour, stand out. On the other hand, the Libyans will not be part of the new council. Other candidates include the CEO Federico Ghizzoni, the vice president Fabrizio Palenzona, Manfred Bischoff, Alessandro Caltagirone, Luigi Maramotti.
