LG Electronics' G2 smartphone was included in the list of Ten Top Electronics compiled by the prestigious American magazine "Consumer Reports". The G2 was the only Android to make the chart. The magazine justified its decision with the excellent performance of the battery, adding that "the power button and the volume button are located on the back, under the camera, a design that LG considers more ergonomic and easier to find than the positions traditional".
Even the British gadget magazine "Stuff" has selected the G2 as their first choice for 2013 among five different smartphones. First in the list of "Consumer Reports" is the Apple iPhone 5s, defined as the best iPhone so far on the market thanks to its size, core functions and ease of use. Among the tablets, the favorite is Amazon's Kindle Fire HDX thanks to the new x-ray features that allow for greater readability of texts and clearer viewing of videos. Among the TVs, the Samsung KN55S9C was judged the first choice, taking fifth place in the overall standings thanks to “super-bright images, vivid colors and strong contrasts that make images pop off the screen”.
