Banca Carige has signed the preliminary sale agreement for the property located in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan with the Antirion Global Real Estate Fund Core Section. The agreement values the property at 107,5 million.
The completion of the sale is expected by November 30th. The sale of the property represents the first step in the process of divestment of real estate assets envisaged as part of the capital strengthening plan and the 2017-2020 business plan announced on 14 September.
