In fact, the consortium made up of Edison and F2i announces that it has bought 2,13% of the wind power group off-market and has thus risen to 30,69%, thus overcoming the Bolzano group which yesterday had reached 29,9%, ie the maximum amount of its offer, counting the takeover bids.
The two takeover bids will end on Friday but at this point the match seems to have taken a definite path with Eolo's offer which will be the prevailing one.
