Soul Holding closes the global offering of its shares in view of listing on the Piazza Affari and sets a 4,2 euros the price of the bonds. The valuation of the asset management group, calculated on the basis of the offer price, is equal to 1.259 million euro.
The start of trading on the Stock Exchange is scheduled for the 16 April. Demand, the company said in a statement, was 5,4 times supply, including the greenshoe option.
The coordinators of the global offer are Goldman Sachs International, Banca IMI and UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking which, together with Ubs Investment Bank, also act as joint bookrunners. Banca IMI is also responsible for placement for the public offer.
